View Product Detail The strong and sturdy Discovery™ Series Olympic Shoulder Press Bench provides optimal user positioning to execute over head shoulder press movements. Thoughtful additions, like the non-slip spotter platform, support ideal spotter positioning.
The angled upright bench ensures easy picking up of the Olympic Bar with unencumbered range of motion and minimal external rotation of the shoulder joint, while the tapered seat promotes "three-point" stability of the user.
The adjustable seat and front and rear bar catches ensure proper fit and take off point for a variety of users.
High impact, segmented wear guards help protect the bench and bar and allow for easy replacement.
