Spiceball, Parkwood Leisure, Banbury

Operated by Parkwood Leisure and located in the heart of Banbury, Spiceball Leisure Centre is a modern facility offering an impressive 25m swimming pool, 150 station gym, sports hall, specialist spin studio, soft play area, spa, and a friendly onsite café.

In December 2018, the facility undertook a full gym re-design and re-furbishment and after a weeklong installation, the gym was transformed into a new, multi training space which included:

– Increasing the size of the free weight area with new grey colored 40mm impact rubber flooring 2 new functional training areas with Queenax. A specially designed training area was created using bespoke Queenax floor markings. A prowler track was integrated alongside to add to the functionality.

– The second Queenax training area was created at the opposite end of the gym offering training stations and heavy impact floor for products such as kettlebells.

– New vinyl flooring to replace carpet in the CV area was chosen
