MVE CHAIR CLASSES AT BAREFOOT STUDIO

Barefoot Studio added the MVe Chair classes to its programme over a year ago. We bought 7 chairs initially and quickly had to buy a further 2 chairs to meet demand. We teach 4 classes per week which are pretty much always fully booked, and often with a waiting list.  Our most popular class is Saturday mornings, we run an 8:15 am and 9:15 am class. We charge between £12 and £16 per class, depending on how big a block of classes people buy at one time. Everybody loves it, teachers and customers alike! It’s a fun class to teach and attend, you can really feel the workout as the chair gives instant feedback to the body.
